You don’t know the Germans I know. They be crazy. Under the buttoned down, serious reputation is a really, really fun bunch of people. Probably not Merkel, though.

Those guys are very serious, but in my experience are quick to pull the beer out from under the truck post-race. I had an Audi Sport engineer hand me a beer only seconds after the N24 ended. They had crates of it under the transporter. Most of the guys I know are racing mechanics, and they are hilarious.
